What does it cost to partner with HOO?

Nothing to start, and no monthly platform fee through December 31, 2026. When a client orders, you pay a fixed wholesale price for their program and charge them the retail price you set. There is no minimum order. From January 1, 2027 there is a flat platform fee of $250 a month per business, never a per-patient cut.

Do I need a medical license?

No. Your business does not diagnose, prescribe or dispense anything. Every client completes an online visit with a licensed provider, who decides whether a program is right for them.

Who handles the medicine?

Licensed providers from a contracted prescribing partner review each client and decide on every prescription. A licensed pharmacy fills it and ships it directly to your client. HOO handles compliance, fulfillment and support.

Whose clients are they?

Yours. Clients find you, enroll through your storefront and see your name. Their medical care sits with their licensed provider, and their health information stays private.

What happens in 2027?

From January 1, 2027 the platform fee is $250 a month per business. Everything else stays the same: you still set your own price and there is still no minimum order.

How fast can I start?
